Apply if you excel in dynamic environments. Job Description: Seeking a Server Management Administrator with 7– 12 years of experience in Linux administration. Responsibilities include server installation, maintenance, decommissioning, and troubleshooting. Strong expertise in Linux OS operations, LVM, DNS, LDAP, and IPTables is required. Experience with hypervisors (XEN, VMware) and physical server management is essential. Additional skills include: Associate-level knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Basic proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Chef) and scripting (Bash, Perl). Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, Prometheus, ELK stack, and infrastructure services (Security Groups, RPM, Rsync, Mail, AD, Nagios, etc.) is a plus. Ability to provide knowledge transfer to 2nd-level technical support. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide 3rd-level technical support, ensuring SLA compliance. Manage daily compute operations, including incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis. Perform server installation, maintenance, monitoring, and patch management (BladeLogic Automation). Handle storage operations (NetApp-NFS) and OS image maintenance. Configure and manage alerts, performance tests, and system monitoring. Support documentation, quality management, and knowledge transfer. Assist 2nd-level support with complex technical tasks. Participate in on-call support, including weekends and holidays as needed.
