Roles and Responsibilities: · Verify that the rules, regulations, and guidelines are being followed. · Overseeing the books of accounts and being in charge of financial statement preparation, upkeep, and regulatory reporting · Compliance with SEBI LODR, the Companies Act, and accounting standards, among others · Knowledge of IND AS for the company's application of IND AS. · Managing audits and liaising with different stakeholders to ensure seamless company operations · The implementation of IFRS; a focus on process efficiency; and automation of reporting and procedures. · Compute and monitor the solvency margin and perform a variety of analyses, including variance analysis of financial data. · Assist in creating financial and strategic business models that complement organisational objectives. · Continually assess and modify financial plans in light of operational, market, and regulatory changes.
