Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive, based in New Delhi with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management, operational activities, fostering employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the HR department. Qualifications Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR policies Ability to manage Employee Relations effectively Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in using HR software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the industrial or instrumentation sector is a plus
