The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to align with the malls overall business goals. Design annual calendars for all above the line(ATL) and the below line(BTL)activities, including decor based events. Formulate annual media and advertising plans. Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise strategies. Organise promotional events and coordinate with retailers and vendors.
