Department: Human Resources Reports To: GM -HR Experience: 10+ years in HR management roles (Plant + Corporate) Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR professional to lead end-to-end Human Resource functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will bring rich experience across corporate and plant HR, with demonstrated success in HR automation, Payroll Management, performance management, analytics, and driving employee engagement. The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong people leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Automation & Process Transformation Lead and implement HRMS solutions to drive automation across the employee lifecycle. Design and execute transformation strategies to shift from manual to digital HR processes. 2. HR Analytics & MIS Create and present comprehensive HR dashboards and analytics reports to leadership. Offer data-driven insights on manpower planning, attrition, payroll trends, and performance metrics. 3. Performance Management System (PMS) Build and maintain a goal-oriented PMS integrated with HRMS tools. Facilitate KRA/KPI alignment with business goals and support leadership in reviews and feedback cycles. 4. Payroll Management Lead end-to-end payroll processing for employees. Ensure compliance with wage structures as per regional labor laws and minimum wages. Oversee leave and attendance integration with payroll systems. Manage accurate and timely reconciliation of payroll, incentives, loans, advances, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) with the finance team. Resolve payroll-related employee queries promptly post disbursement. Supervise group insurance enrollments, gratuity tracking, and bonus calculations. Maintain payroll registers and audit-ready documentation for compliance. 5. Policy Formulation & Compliance Draft and implement HR policies with regular benchmarking against industry standards. Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.). 6. Compensation & Benefits Develop and implement competitive C&B structures. Manage payroll, tax, compliance, and employee insurance benefits. 7. Employee Engagement & Retention Design customized engagement initiatives based on employee levels. Conduct surveys, cultural events, and pulse checks to enhance organizational culture. 8. HR & Business Audits Lead internal, external, and government audits. Maintain records and ensure legal compliance at all times. Desired Profile: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification. 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of handling 500+ workforce (preferably across plants & corporate setups). Hands-on expertise in HRMS Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance management.
