Key Responsibilities: Visit colleges and educational institutions regularly to pitch company offerings Build and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Deans, and other key stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the education sector Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and other educational forums Prepare and present business proposals, demos, and presentations Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery of services/products Maintain a detailed record of field visits, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools Key Requirements: Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales (education sector preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively for field visits Ability to work independently and handle pressure Familiarity with local colleges and universities is a plus Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
