With a team of 11 passionate individuals, we’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of our campaign operations and team management. If you're experienced, organized, and excited to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you! What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of 4 marketing associates. Own and execute marketing campaigns for multiple Web3 and gaming clients. Communicate with influencers, vendors, and partner agencies. Oversee data tracking, campaign performance reports, and client-facing insights. Discover and onboard new partners, tools, influencers, and communities. Maintain high standards in execution and deliverables across all projects. Requirements Minimum 3-6 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or brand-side). Prior experience managing teams or junior executives is a strong advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work across multiple campaigns and timelines without missing a beat. Bonus: Exposure to Web3, gaming, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns.
