Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain and manage all accounting books at the site, including day-to-day transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation of financial statements. Cash Flow Management: Monitor site-related expenses, track project costs, and ensure timely payment processing for vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and manage invoices for various site-related work, ensuring proper documentation and approval before processing payments. Taxation Compliance: Ensure adherence to all GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters, including preparation and filing of tax returns as required for site operations. Cost Analysis: Perform regular cost tracking for various site activities, compare actual expenditures against budgets, and report discrepancies to the project manager or senior management. Site Reports & Financial Records: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping of project-related transactions and any other ad-hoc reports as required. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure proper financial documentation and resolve any payment-related issues promptly. Audit & Compliance: Prepare for periodic audits by maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external auditors as required. Other Duties: Perform any other financial-related duties as assigned by senior management, including assisting in budgeting and project financial forecasting. Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com) or related field. Additional certifications like CA Inter, ICWA, or Diploma in Accounting will be an advantage. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the construction industry or similar project-based environments. Experience in handling renewable project-based accounting or construction site financials is highly desirable.
