Company Description NewsViews is operating content distribution tech platforms with expanding a user base across India. The applications currently operated by us, a tech platform that provides links/access for articles sourced from various third party publishers to users for both Hindi and English content, with target to achieve 1 million users on its platform. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director - Business Development located in Varanasi. The Director - Business Development will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating comprehensive business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts. This role requires strategic planning and execution to drive company growth and expansion. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation. Has to handle the planning of resource generation and the idea to manage every department. Experience in Business Planning and strategic thinking including tech Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Account Management Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the media industry is a plus
