Job Description

Experience: 1-3 years in AI and Agentforce Location: Mumbai or Bangalore Role: Onsite Responsibilities:  Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor  Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce Agentforce platform expert Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals  Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans  Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions  Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members  Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities  Lead the design of AI-based solutions within Salesforce, especially focusing on integrating Generative AI into Agentforce to enhance customer service, automation, and agent productivity.  Develop scalable architecture models that support generative AI tools like Einstein GPT, LLM (large language models), and other AI capabilities within Salesforce.  Work with AI technologies to design and build conversational agents, virtual assistants, and other AI-driven applications that optimize agent workflows and customer interactions.  Lead the development of AI strategies that enhance business capabilities using Salesforce AI tools, including automation of customer service functions, knowledge management, and AI- driven recommendations.  Ensure alignment of generative AI solutions with business objectives and industry best practices for AI adoption.  Identify and prioritize AI use cases that provide maximum value for customer service and support teams using Agentforce, focusing on automating repetitive tasks, enhancing personalization, and improving response times.  Oversee the integration of AI solutions with enterprise data sources to ensure the generative AI models have access to accurate, real-time data.  Stay current with the latest generative AI trends, tools, and technologies, continuously improving solutions by integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into Salesforce Agentforce.  Promote AI literacy and best practices within the organization, providing strategic advice to business leaders on AI adoption and its long-term implications for customer service operations. Qualifications: Salesforce Experience: o Strong background in Salesforce architecture (2+ years), with expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce modules. o Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations using Salesforce APIs. Technical Skills: Generative AI & LLM: o Expertise in generative AI, with experience deploying models Salesforce Technologies: o Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration tools. o Experience working with Einstein GPT and other AI-based Salesforce solutions. Certifications: Salesforce Certifications: o Salesforce AI Certifications and Agentforce Certifications are desirable. o Other certifications such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant are desirable. AI/ML Certifications:  Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional AI initiatives. Strategic thinking to align AI solutions with long-term business goals.  Understanding of AI-related compliance and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
