Ensure alignment of generative AI solutions with business objectives and industry best practices for AI adoption. Identify and prioritize AI use cases that provide maximum value for customer service and support teams using Agentforce, focusing on automating repetitive tasks, enhancing personalization, and improving response times. Oversee the integration of AI solutions with enterprise data sources to ensure the generative AI models have access to accurate, real-time data. Stay current with the latest generative AI trends, tools, and technologies, continuously improving solutions by integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into Salesforce Agentforce. Promote AI literacy and best practices within the organization, providing strategic advice to business leaders on AI adoption and its long-term implications for customer service operations. Qualifications: Salesforce Experience: o Strong background in Salesforce architecture (2+ years), with expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce modules. o Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations using Salesforce APIs. Technical Skills: Generative AI & LLM: o Expertise in generative AI, with experience deploying models Salesforce Technologies: o Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration tools. o Experience working with Einstein GPT and other AI-based Salesforce solutions.
