Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Strategic Hiring Planning: Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract top talent for sales, business development, and managerial roles. Identify hiring needs in collaboration with department heads and create targeted recruitment strategies. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles like Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and other leadership positions. Continuously engage with passive candidates to ensure a steady supply of top talent. Hiring Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize hiring workflows to improve efficiency. Implement best practices in recruitment to reduce hiring time and improve quality of hires. ATS & Recruitment Tools Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications, track progress, and streamline hiring processes. Ensure proper documentation and reporting through the ATS. Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Use job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, and IIM Jobs for sourcing top candidates. Implement creative sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Market Research & Salary Benchmarking: Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to offer competitive compensation packages. Provide insights on industry trends and hiring practices. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure alignment in candidate selection and hiring objectives. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Onboarding & Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Enhance candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and timely follow-ups. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment, preferably in an e-commerce company, sales organization, or product-based business. Experience in high-volume and executive hiring is preferred. Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales, business development, and managerial hiring. Familiarity with e-commerce hiring challenges and trends. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ATS tools (such as Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, or Lever) to manage recruitment workflows efficiently. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close offers effectively. Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze hiring trends to refine recruitment strategies.
