Role Description As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives in Northern India. You will combine technical expertise with aggressive sales strategies to build and nurture client relationships, identify new opportunities, and exceed revenue targets. This role is ideal for a proactive, ambitious professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about transforming technical knowledge into business success. Key Responsibilities: Business Development:  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Northern India’s key segments. Client Acquisition & Retention:  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, from C-suite executives to technical teams. Sales Strategy Execution:  Develop and implement aggressive sales plans to meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. Technical Collaboration:  Work closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that address client needs. Market Intelligence:  Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches. Pipeline Management:  Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and results using CRM tools. Product Expertise:  Master our product portfolio to deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations. What We’re Looking For: Education:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus. Experience:  6+ years in technical sales, business development, or account management, preferably in manufacturing, Electricity T&D, Power, Metal, Pharmaceuticals etc. Skills: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex product details into customer benefits. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Personality:  Aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a hunger to win.
