You’ll make sure no lead is lost, the funnel is healthy, the team is performing, and our digital presence is aligned with business goals. If you thrive in structure, systems, and strategy — let’s talk. What You’ll Do: Own and manage the entire backend sales funnel — from inquiry to handover. Track, follow up, and close the loop on every lead — nothing falls through the cracks. Guide and monitor the junior sales/support team on daily execution. Work closely with the front-end sales and marketing teams for smooth coordination. Drive category expansion and identify new growth verticals. Plan and schedule content and campaigns for social media to support lead generation. Use CRM or internal tools to track KPIs, team output, and sales performance. What We’re Looking For: 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or growth roles. Team management experience is a must — you lead by example. Strong grip on CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and reporting. Social media planning or campaign experience is a plus. Experience in the greenhouse or agri-infra sector is preferred.
