Position Title : Business Finance – Leadership Role Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Hi Suraj, Please check if we can use this: Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership & Business Partnering: Act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership across various business units and functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Development). Provide proactive financial insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and optimize resource allocation. Understand the key business drivers and challenges, and translate them into actionable financial strategies. Participate in strategic planning processes and contribute a strong financial perspective to business decisions. Performance Management & Reporting: Oversee the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business. Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insightful reports and presentations to management. Drive accountability for financial performance across different business units. Develop and implement performance management frameworks and tools. Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement effective pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
