Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Product Design Based on the company's strategic direction, lead the design of transaction client product architecture, develop a medium and long term product roadmap, and build a complete transaction solution Market Insights and Competitiveness Building Analyze the dynamics of competitors, develop differentiated product strategies, and continuously track the latest trends in industry Production Management Lead and translate business requirements into product requirements, and promote product development based on priority Cross Functional Departments Collaboration and Resource Integration Coordinate R&D, Design, Testing and other teams, establish waterfall or agile development mechanisms according to requirements, and ensure the quality of version iteration Establish a cross business line requirement docking mechanism, optimize trading and other relevant systems Data Intelligence Set data/event tracker during the product development process. Collect and analyze data continuously to improve product performance Implement real-time warning mechanism for production issues to improve respond efficiency. Collect and review data of issues/bugs/incidents to enhance product functionality and stability. Requirements Essential Attributes More than 5 years Internet product management experience with more than 3 years practical experience in financial products (preferred experience in Securities/CFD/Digital Assets ) Successfully led the entire process of launching at least 2 financial products from 0-1 Core Competency - Business Conversion Capability Deeply understand the business logic and compliance requirements of transactional products, and be able to accurately decompose core requirements such as transaction quotation display and order execution processing flow Familiar with financial products such as long and short positions, leverage rules, and possess awareness of business compliance Product Delivery Proficient in PRD documentation, proficient in using Axure/Ficam to output interactive prototypes Having experience in project management under Agile methodology, be able to simultaneously promote priority management for 3+requirement iterations Data Acumen Be able to design data/event tracking strategy independently and has successful cases. Leadership Have experience in cross functional teams collaboration and resource integration, understand how to coordinate technology, compliance and other teams to achieve product goals Proficient in creating data visualized reports to demonstrate the strategic value of products
