About the Role : Key Responsibilities: Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue streams within the real estate sector. Monitor financial performance, analyse trends, and identify areas for revenue growth. Ensure timely collection of payments from developers. Timely invoicing to ensure that the funnel is created. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing developers. Act as a single point of contact for developers to ensure seamless flow of communication. Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the real estate market. Gather data on market conditions, property values, and demographic trends to inform strategic decision-making. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Project mapping and onboarding. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align business development efforts with organizational goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and establish partnerships. Qualifications : Any bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong understanding of market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving revenue targets.
