Role Description We are seeking a strategic and experienced HRBP - People & Culture to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture. This role will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent development in alignment with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the startup environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive workplace culture. Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and transparent process. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions. Enhance communication strategies to ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency across the organization. Collaborate with leadership to communicate organizational changes, updates, and initiatives. Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open dialogue and feedback. Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employee engagement. Develop change management plans that align with business objectives and support employee adaptation. Lead and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture and regularly assess and improve engagement using surveys and feedback tools. Design and implement incentive programs that motivate and reward employee performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, making recommendations for enhancements. Oversee internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization. Manage external communication for employer branding and culture alignment with company values. Identify training needs and develop comprehensive L&D programs to support employee growth and career development. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and competencies across the organization. Analyze employee turnover data to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce attrition. Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve retention efforts. Requirements Any Master's degree in HR or related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in HRBP roles, with a focus on employee relations, employee engagement, change management, organizational development and managing internal and external communication. Proven track record in managing employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong understanding of HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations. Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
