We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to take charge of daily operations, allowing the founder to focus on scaling the business. Role Overview, As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will oversee project execution, team performance, and client satisfaction. Your role is to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while driving efficiency and accountability across the agency. Key Responsibilities ✅ Project & Client Management – Ensure timely execution of ad campaigns, monitor client performance metrics, and handle escalations. ✅ Team Leadership & Performance – Manage a team of media buyers, creatives, and analysts, ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity. ✅ Technical & Process Optimization – Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, improve workflows, and implement best practices. ✅ Hiring & Training – Recruit and onboard new team members as the agency scales. ✅ Reporting & Analytics – Track campaign performance, deliver insights, and optimize strategies for better efficiency. ✅ Operational Excellence – Implement SOPs, streamline communication, and enhance agency efficiency. What We’re Looking For ✅ Experience in Performance Marketing – At least 1+ years in an agency or D2C brand handling paid media and retention marketing operations. ✅ Proven Leadership Skills – Experience managing a team, resolving challenges, and ensuring deadlines are met. ✅ Process-Driven Thinker – Ability to create and refine systems for improved efficiency and scalability. ✅ Strong Communication & Problem-Solving – Ability to handle client concerns and team roadblocks proactively. ✅ Analytical & Results-Oriented – Comfortable analyzing reports and optimizing processes for better performance.
