We are looking for a customer-focused Claim Executive to join our claims team at Inbest. HE/SHE will be responsible for managing and processing claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Determine the appropriate course of action based on the nature of the claim and company guidelines. - Analyze documentation, including loss reports, police records, medical records, and other evidence. - Review and evaluate submitted insurance claims, ensuring they are valid and align with policy terms. - Maintain clear, transparent, and ongoing communication with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders. - Address client concerns and inquiries regarding claims processes and settlement status. - Provide updates on claims status, ensuring clients are informed throughout the entire settlement process. - Prepare and maintain accurate records of claims settlements, including detailed notes on negotiations and settlements. - Ensure that all claim settlements are fully compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to claims and clients. - Identify potential improvements to the claims settlement process and suggest ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Provide regular reports on claim settlements and the status of pending claims to senior management.Qualifications:- Previous experience in claims handling or claims settlement, preferably in the insurance industry. - Experience in negotiating claim settlements is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.Skills and Abilities:- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze claims documentation and make decisions based on company policy and industry standards. - Ability to work independently, manage a workload, and meet deadlines.Salary - As per market standardExperience - 3 Years +Location: KolkataInterested candidates should submit their resume to best@
