In this mission, brand and storytelling are central to how we shape perception, build trust, and activate audiences.As theVice President of Worldwide Marketing , you will lead the development and execution of a world-class brand and marketing strategy for our stablecoin and associated products—integrating traditional and web3-native channels across global markets.This is asenior strategic rolewith end-to-end ownership of the marketing vision, storytelling frameworks, brand evolution, and executional alignment across cross-functional and cross-border teams. You will also be a thought leader internally and externally, helping elevate the profile of our brand and partners in the digital asset ecosystem.What Is the Purpose of the Role?This role exists toown the day-to-day marketing and brand strategy needsfor a core set of clients and projects—translating business objectives and cultural relevance into compelling strategic deliverables. Your work will inform product storytelling, media activations, community engagement, and thought leadership. You will: Guidecustomer- and business-centric insights , shaping foundational creative briefs. Drivestrategy across the entire marketing ecosystem , from brand voice to performance channels. Act as a strategic bridge betweenclient partners, the ONER network , andcreative collaborators .What You’ll Be DoingStrategic LeadershipOwn global brand strategy and lead integrated marketing plans across digital and offline touchpoints. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Communications, and Growth to ensure brand consistency and market impact. Deliver high-levelmarket positioning , messaging architecture, and go-to-market frameworks. Develop and manage relationships with agency partners and media firms to ensure brand integrity and campaign effectiveness.Creative Strategy & ExecutionTranslate insights intobreakthrough creative briefsthat unlock bold and differentiated ideas. Maintain deep awareness of emerging platforms, cultural trends, and storytelling techniques relevant to web3 audiences. Work closely with social, research, and community teams to ensure our narrative adapts across regions, formats, and evolving channels.Innovation & Brand DevelopmentDefine and elevate ourbrand voiceandvisual identityin line with our mission and values. Explore innovative formats—AR, VR, on-chain media, tokenized content—to shape how the next generation interacts with digital money. Oversee thought leadership and brand activation opportunities in high-profile spaces.What We’re Looking ForMust-Have12+ years of experience in marketing or brand strategy roles, including senior agency or in-house leadership. Extensive experience indigital marketing ecosystems , including web, social, performance, and integrated media campaigns. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; a natural communicator who can translate strategy to executive audiences. Proven track record ofbig thinking , innovation, and creative risk-taking. Deep curiosity about emerging tech— web3, DeFi, NFTs, stablecoins,anddigital culture . High emotional intelligence and ability tocollaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally . Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.Nice-to-HaveExperience working with or inmultinational companies , particularly in thefinance or crypto sectors . Practical knowledge ofcrypto tooling —wallets (MetaMask), DEXs, staking, and community protocols. Understanding offinancial systems, CEXs, and asset management . Ability to develop and coach teams with strongfinancial and strategic acumen . Prior experience working on or withopen-source , community-led, or decentralized projects.
