Job Title:Business Development Manager – US & Canada (Staffing Industry) Job Type:Full-Time, Remote Location:Work from Home (India) Work Hours:6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)About the Role: We are seeking a driven and experiencedBusiness Development Manager (BDM)to lead our growth initiatives across theUS and Canada markets . The ideal candidate will have astrong background in the staffing and recruitment industry , with at least5+ years of experienceanda minimum of 2 years in a BDM role . This is anight-shift, remoteopportunity based in India, ideal for professionals with a proven track record of building relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue within the staffing space. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and securenew business opportunitiesin the staffing domain (non-IT and/or IT) across US and Canada Build long-term relationships withdecision-makersincluding HR managers, procurement teams, and hiring executives Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand client base Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking Present staffing solutions and services effectively to prospective clients Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver on client needs and expectations Manage the end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation to contract closure Maintain CRM and provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs Requirements: Minimum5+ years of experiencein the staffing industry (US/Canada focus strongly preferred) At least2 years of experience in a Business Development Manageror similar client-facing role Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed revenue targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of staffing industry processes, pricing models, and client expectations Ability to work independently duringnight shifts (6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST) Must have adedicated home-office setupwith high-speed internet Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach platforms Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both IT and non-IT staffing sales Established network of clients in North America Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field What We Offer: Fully remote position with flexible autonomy Attractive compensation and incentive structure Opportunity to work with a global team and top-tier clients Supportive environment focused on growth, performance, and learning Recognition and rewards for exceeding targets
