Job details:Qualification: PGDM/MBA in Marketing or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Eng.Available Job Profile: Executive- Sales TrainerWork locations: Manesar, GurgaonJob Type: Full TimeIndustry: Automobile (preferred) List of routine/specific activities required to be done by the job holder: Objective of the job:Planning, scheduling and conducting Class Room/ Practical/ On The Job Training sessions for Internal Associates/ Dealer Owners and Dealer Sales StaffConducting/ participating in training need analysis Evaluating results and preparing training content/ tools/ activities/ engagement games Organising and conducting Induction Training sessions for Internal Associates, Dealer Owners and Dealer Staff Planning, scheduling and conducting Class Room/ Practical/ On The Job Training sessions for Internal Associates/ Dealer Owners and Dealer Sales Staff Analysing training effectiveness and taking suitable counter measures Liasoning with Regional Sales team for efficient flow of training activities Managing learning spectrum of Internal Employee/Associates and Dealer Sales staff on LMS Conduct Training to the newly appointed DealersMonitoring training numbers against the plan and ensure training sessions are organised as planned Regularly checking learning retention (Training effectiveness check) of participants and take counter measures accordingly. Adhering to quality systems & procedures in place. Maintain MIS. Regular review and reporting to management. Maintain QS standards of the section Supporting Internal Associate Team for varius activities Monitoring training numbers against the plan and ensure training sessions are organised as planned Regularly checking learning retention (Training effectiveness check) of participants and take counter measures accordingly. Adhering to quality systems & procedures in place. Maintain MIS. Regular review and reporting to management. Maintain QS standards of the section
