You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the cold calling team, optimizing scripts, training agents, and ensuring consistent performance delivery to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of cold calling agents targeting existing and potential high-value clients.Develop call scripts, rebuttals, and objection-handling frameworks specifically optimized for high-ticket upsells.Track and analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and sales performance to exceed targets.Implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistent and persuasive outreach.Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to keep the team sharp and conversion-focused.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to fine-tune messaging based on campaign feedback.Handle escalations and key client interactions when required to close high-value deals.Hire, onboard, and retain top cold calling talent to maintain a high-performance team.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales, especially within a call center environment.Experience managing a team that sells or upsells high-ticket offers ($5K–$20K+/month).Strong understanding of sales psychology, rapport building, and objection handling.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.Hands-on experience with CRM systems, call dialers, and performance tracking tools.Preferred Qualifications:Background in B2B or B2C sales for service-based businesses.Experience working with US-based clients or markets.Prior exposure to SaaS, digital marketing services, or coaching/consulting sales is a strong plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with high-ticket offers and elite clientsGrowth-oriented environment with full ownership and leadership responsibilityRemote flexibility and collaboration with global teams
