You'll implement your critical thinking and technical skills to develop cutting edge software, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with teams across disciplines.In Luxoft, our culture is one that strives on solving difficult problems focusing on product engineering based on hypothesis testing to empower people to come up with ideas.In this new adventure, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team in the field of Insurance by building a holistic solution, interacting with multidisciplinary teams.This project is to upgrade and modernise a Visual Basic/SQL DB application and 2 Lotus Notes applications (all are 25 year old applications and involves migration of 50+ million records of data with zero data loss out of LN) into modern digital cloud and hybrid microservices based applications running on native Kubernetes container platform.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:• Configuration and Maintenance: Administer and maintain JIRA and Confluence instances, User Licenses including upgrades and performance tuning• Workflow Management: Design, configure, and manage custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between JIRA, Confluence, and other tools• Security: Ensure the security of JIRA projects and Confluence spaces by setting appropriate access restrictions• End User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to users on JIRA and Confluence• Should hold Hands-on on JIRA & Confluence Tools Administrative activities• Should be capable of Designing, Custom Developing the features with the help of JQL Scripting• Strong knowledge of JIRA Query Language (JQL), familiarity with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and experience with scripting and automation tools• Working Knowledge on JIRA APIs and webhooks• Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins. Support and configure JIRA plugins as required• Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects, Implement custom CSV/xml-based JIRA gadgets• Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks• Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsMandatory Skills:3+ Yrs Experience on JIRA & Confluence Administration & Overall IT Experience of 12+ yrs ExperienceJIRA & Confluence AdministrationCloud Platform Support OperationsConfiguration and MaintenanceJIRA Query Language (JQL)Proficiency in SCRUM and Kanban methodologiesJIRA APIs and webhooksNice-to-Have Skills:• Should have been working on Agile DevOps culture [ADO] Kanban and sprints.• Should be senior enough for matured interactions internally and with Clients• ITIL / JIRA Certifications from Atlassian would be an added advantageLanguages:English: C2 Proficient
