We are partnered with 18+ enterprise-grade technologies, including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and more, delivering high-impact digital solutions to global clients.Position SummaryWe are seeking a remote-based Account Manager – Digital Transformation with a strong foundation in enterprise technologies and a proven ability to generate and convert international leads, particularly in the Middle East and Denmark. The successful candidate will drive business growth by identifying prospects, initiating outreach (including cold calling), and nurturing relationships for our service lines—Implementation, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation.This is a strategic role requiring a proactive, technically competent, and articulate professional with an entrepreneurial spirit.Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Prospecting: Research and identify decision-makers and potential leads in the Middle East and Denmark across target industries and companies in need of digital transformation services.Cold Outreach & Engagement: Conduct cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn networking to connect with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams.Client Needs Assessment: Understand client pain points, technological environments, and digital roadmaps to propose tailored solutions.Solution Presentation: Present QAAgility’s value proposition effectively in conversations, meetings, and written proposals, aligning with client requirements across SAP, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, and more.Pipeline Development: Create and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, keeping CRM records updated and producing accurate sales forecasts.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice leaders to co-create solutions, pricing, and proposal content.Market Awareness: Stay informed on global trends in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and competitor strategies in the assigned regions.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT sales or account management roles focused on international clients.Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, or equivalent.Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting international markets, preferably the Middle East and/or Northern Europe.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic or Danish proficiency is a plus.Ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts with clarity and confidence.A self-motivated, results-driven professional with a go-getter attitude and a zeal to grow.Desirable AttributesPrior experience working with digital transformation or ERP/CRM system integrators.Familiarity with international sales practices, especially within B2B IT service environments.Experience using CRM platforms like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional remote teams.What We OfferA fully remote working model with flexibility.Opportunity to work with international clients and cutting-edge enterprise technologies.Attractive compensation with performance-based incentives.A flat, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment that values initiative and innovation.Learning and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding global organization.
