2 x Client Services Manager (CSM) OpportunitiesLocation: India for 1 x opportunity and Philippines for 1 x opportunity (Remote/Hybrid)Reports to: Client Services DirectorABOUT GUIDANT GLOBALGuidant Global is part of Impellam Group, an international award-winning business specialising in the management of temporary workforce provision across the public, private and not for profit sectors.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe are presently looking to hire 2 x separate CSM roles that will form part of a new and exciting team.1 x role will be based from India and can be worked remotely from (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai)1 x role will be based from the Philippines and will work remotely out of Manilla.YOUR MISSIONAs a Client Services Manager (CSM), you’ll be fully embedded within a strategic client account—leading from the front, delivering exceptional service, and making a real impact. You’ll ensure service excellence across all agreed KPIs and SLAs, while maximizing gross margin and operating profit. As a key leader, you’ll shape account strategy, motivate your team, and champion our company values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRelationship ManagementBuild strategic partnerships with client stakeholders.Attend client reviews, provide business insight, and represent our brand with integrity.Identify and participate in networking events to elevate the client relationship.Service ExcellenceOversee end-to-end recruitment operations aligned with high standards and compliance.Manage vacancies across key roles and work with delivery teams to ensure fulfillment.Act as an escalation point for client issues, resolving with urgency and professionalism.Ensure compliance with contracts, legal regulations, and health & safety standards.Performance & Operational LeadershipLead account-level service performance and continuous improvement.Own job catalogues, rate cards, and workforce extensions.Deliver account tactical plans aligned to client needs.Conduct incident and accident investigations as required.Business & Financial ManagementPartner with CSD to monitor P&L, budgets, and forecasts.Provide monthly operational summaries to senior leadership.Support cash collection and financial risk management.Drive key metrics via a performance scorecard.Workplace Safety & ComplianceFoster a culture of safety, wellness, and environmental responsibility.Ensure WHSE compliance, employee training, and risk mitigation.WHAT YOU BRINGMUST HAVE:MSP or staffing experienceTeam leadership within a client/account environmentProven client engagement and service delivery skillsP&L management experienceLegal and compliance awarenessFamiliarity with QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)NICE TO HAVE:Project management skillsExperience with VMS platformsWHY JOIN US?
