Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget, while ensuring high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Foster strong working relationships with team members, clients, and other departments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager or similar role.Experience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
