About the Role:We’re looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of our front-end $97 product called Launch Accelerator — which acts as the entry point into our flagship Business Acceleration Mastermind $10,000 coaching program.Your mission is to optimize the product experience, drive engagement, and increase the upsell rate — making sure every new customer gets value fast, feels momentum, and sees the path toward deeper transformation with us.This is a hybrid product + UX + strategy role — perfect for someone who thinks in user journeys, understands funnel psychology, and loves driving conversions through better experiences.Key Responsibilities: Product OwnershipOwn the full lifecycle of the Launch Accelerator - $97 product — from onboarding to completionDefine and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with leadershipContinuously improve product content, structure, and flow to maximize value delivery and upsell readinessCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging, positioning, and customer journey Conversion OptimizationMonitor and improve conversion metrics: purchase-to-engagement, engagement-to-upsellIdentify friction points and drop-off patterns using data, feedback, and observationRun rapid experiments to increase upsell %, time to value, and completion rates Team Collaboration & ExecutionManage the Customer Experience Specialist who supports day-to-day product experienceWork closely with the Support/Ops Coordinator and Head of Product Delivery to ensure fulfillment is smooth and scalableAlign with Product Owner – Core to ensure consistency between the $97 (Launch Accelerator and $10K (Business Acceleration Mastermind) offers Feedback & InsightsCollect, analyze, and action feedback from buyers to improve product flowRegularly surface insights to leadership about what’s working — and what’s notYou Might Be a Fit If You:Have 2–4 years of experience in product management, digital UX, or growth-focused rolesHave worked in a coaching, education, info product, SaaS, or conversion-driven businessThink in funnels, client psychology, and onboarding flowsLove simplifying complexity into clear, actionable steps for usersAre obsessed with product-market fit and user successCan communicate clearly, write well, and work across departments Success Looks Like:$97 product completion rate increases$97 → $10,000 upsell rate improvesClients report high satisfaction and clarity in feedback/NPSFewer support tickets from new customersLeadership has confidence in the Launch Accelerator $97 product as a reliable lead converter
