Company Description At XD Build, we work with mechanical contractors in North american region to develop fabrication level models for construction and installation utilizing BIM and Laser scanning technologies. Role Description This is a full-time remote Senior Revit Modeler (Mechanical) role at XD Build. The Senior Revit Modeler will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed REVIT models, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards. Should be comfortable with client facing interactions. They will contribute to the development of Revit models for mechanical rooms. Qualifications Proficiency in REVIT, ACC, Fabrication CAD MEP, Trimble sysque/Evolve mep and Navisworks.Point cloud data cleanup and registration.Experience in creating detailed REVIT models for mechanical systemsKnowledge of mechanical rooms and heating and cooling system schematics.Proficiency in understanding IFC drawings and detailAbility to maintain construction documentation and folder structureAttention to detail is crucialStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyAbility to train junior team members and collaborateExperience in project coordination and managementBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldHiring Process:Send a presentation or a portfolio explaining your previous experience along with your resume and expected salary as single attachment to info@Only selected candidates will be notified.
