Job Title: Business Development Manager – US & Canada (Staffing Industry)Job Type: Full-Time, RemoteLocation: Work from Home (India)Work Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)About the Role:We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth initiatives across the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry, with at least 5+ years of experience and a minimum of 2 years in a BDM role.This is a night-shift, remote opportunity based in India, ideal for professionals with a proven track record of building relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue within the staffing space.Key Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the staffing domain (non-IT and/or IT) across US and CanadaBuild long-term relationships with decision-makers including HR managers, procurement teams, and hiring executivesDevelop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand client baseGenerate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networkingPresent staffing solutions and services effectively to prospective clientsCollaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver on client needs and expectationsManage the end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation to contract closureMaintain CRM and provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reportsStay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needsRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry (US/Canada focus strongly preferred)At least 2 years of experience in a Business Development Manager or similar client-facing roleProven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed revenue targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of staffing industry processes, pricing models, and client expectationsAbility to work independently during night shifts (6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)Must have a dedicated home-office setup with high-speed internetProficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in both IT and non-IT staffing salesEstablished network of clients in North AmericaBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldWhat We Offer:Fully remote position with flexible autonomyAttractive compensation and incentive structureOpportunity to work with a global team and top-tier clientsSupportive environment focused on growth, performance, and learningRecognition and rewards for exceeding targets
