Automation TestersNo. of Position: 2Job1: Automation Analyst (3-5years)Job2: Senior Automation Lead (6-9years)Position: Contractual and RemoteYour Main Responsibilities:Lead the team in planning automation development and delivery, ensuring alignment with product development cycles and release goals.Work closely with Product Development, Functional Consultants and Testing teams to define and prepare comprehensive standard test scenarios.Run tests on various application components and features to identify and resolve functional and technical issues.Design test scenarios to ensure full requirement coverage via automation; prepare and maintain test cases, track defects, and manage the overall testing process.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather test requirements and ensure complete understanding of application functionality.Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve them.Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and scalability.Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are properly integrated with automated testing (Jenkins pipeline experience is a must).Your Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent in a technical field.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.Proficient in Java (preferred), Python, or C#.Experience with automation frameworks such as Serenity, TestNG, BDD, and Cucumber.Solid understanding of API testing and familiarity with tools like Postman.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins pipelines.Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of written and spoken English proficiency.A proactive mindset with the ability to lead and mentor team members as needed.We offer a competitive compensation package depending on your profile.
