About the RoleWe’re hiring a Product Owner to lead our Business Acceleration Mastermind (our high ticket flagship coaching program), designed to deliver deep client transformation.This is not a content-only product — it includes coaching, done-for-you deliverables, accountability structures, and personalized client support. Your role is to ensure clients achieve real results, feel cared for, and follow a structured, high-converting journey from start to finish.You’ll work closely with the coaching team, program manager, and delivery team to create a world-class experience that’s both scalable and deeply human.Key Responsibilities Program & Curriculum OwnershipOwn the client journey across the full Business Acceleration Mastermind program: onboarding → delivery → graduation → referral/retentionRefine the curriculum to ensure clarity, progression, and outcomesCreate or update assets (checklists, templates, SOPs) that improve implementation and reduce overwhelm Ensure all coaching and content is aligned with the transformation promise Experience & Results OptimizationMonitor engagement and progression metrics to spot drop-off or confusion Identify stuck points and proactively improve the curriculum or support at those pointsIntegrate testimonials, case studies, and feedback loops to keep the program evolvingMaintain a balance between scale and personalization in delivery Coaching & Delivery AlignmentWork closely with coaches and CSRs to ensure consistent delivery standards Define and refine the coaching process — including call cadence, responsibilities, documentation, and success criteriaSurface delivery gaps to the Head of Product and align on resolutions Cross-Team CollaborationContext: Business Acceleration Mastermind, is an upsell from our Acquisition product called Launch Accelerator (which costs $97), consider Launch Accelerator as a funnel disguised as a product, in order to upsell into Business Acceleration Mastermind.
