Your expertise in visual arts and ability to make thoughtful decisions will contribute to improving our training processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and Decision-MakingEvaluate visual content based on clear guidelines and project goals.Choose the best visual assets to match the needs of each project.Understanding Visual StylesAnalyze different visual styles to ensure they are accurately represented in datasets.Work with teammates to discuss style preferences and approaches.Error DetectionIdentify small mistakes in design, such as color mismatches or alignment issues.Provide feedback to improve the quality of visual data.Quality ChecksReview datasets carefully to ensure they meet high standards for visual quality.Collaborate with the data collection team to ensure materials meet project requirements.Team CollaborationWork closely with designers, artists, and project managers to maintain consistency in visuals.Join team meetings to share updates and insights on visual quality.Learning and GrowthKeep up with new trends and technologies in visual arts and design.Take part in training sessions or workshops to improve your skills.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Motion Design, or a related field.ExperienceExperience in graphic design, advertising, motion design, VFX, post-production, or CGI.Knowledge of visual evaluation standards is helpful but not required.SkillsStrong understanding of design principles, styles, and art direction.Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar software.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
