As the Vice President of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization, scaling our talent infrastructure, and nurturing a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion.What You’ll Be DoingOrganizational LeadershipServe as a strategic advisor, coach, and mentor to Executive and Client Teams, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and results.Define and monitor key organizational, financial, and talent metrics to measure the impact of HR initiatives and guide structural, process, and workforce decisions.Champion our people vision, values, and behaviors, inspiring transformation and forward-thinking approaches to talent development.Anticipate future talent needs and invest proactively to position the company ahead of the curve in key skill areas.Talent Acquisition & StaffingDesign and implement efficient, data-driven staffing programs aligned with current and future business needs.Develop modern recruitment and employee development programs to attract, grow, and retain top-tier talent.Collaborate across ONER Companies to prioritize resourcing needs and build strong candidate pipelines.Drive HR strategic leadership across the group, with a focus on cultural transformation, talent attraction, and retention.Analyze recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.Refresh and lead our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy to strengthen our employer brand and talent appeal.Talent Management & DevelopmentCollaborate with Regional HR Leads to execute annual HR cycles (compensation, performance reviews, succession planning, etc.).Analyze retention data and build localized retention strategies to reduce turnover and support employee growth.Champion the adoption and localization of global HR programs.Oversee the continuous improvement of HR systems, databases, and benefits operations.Ensure compliance and coordinate with legal counsel on complex personnel matters.Mentor Regional HR team members and promote a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.What We’re Looking ForMust-Have12+ years in senior HR leadership roles within complex, cross-functional organizations.At least 5 years of experience leading high-impact HR initiatives in global settings.Track record of success in multinational organizations, ideally U.S.-headquartered.Strategic thinking with the ability to translate concepts into execution.Trusted advisor to executive leadership with deep experience across HR disciplines.Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with success in talent acquisition and leadership development.Experience managing distributed, global teams.Nice-to-HaveDirect experience in digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, or adjacent technologies.
