We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with solid experience in .NET Core and microservices architecture to support the modernization of an existing legacy application. This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who enjoys refactoring monolithic applications into microservices, writing clean and scalable code, and working closely with cross-functional teams.Title : Sr .NET Microservices DeveloperLocation: Remote WorkTimings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.No of Openings : 2Key Responsibilities:Lead the transformation of a complex legacy application into a cutting-edge, cloud-ready microservices architecture using .NET CoreDeliver high-quality features by writing clean, scalable, and high-performance code from the ground upDrive the migration from monolithic to modular services, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruptionCollaborate closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to shape technical solutions from requirements to releaseDesign and implement RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrate with third-party platforms and servicesEnsure microservices are built for scale, performance, and security, following modern development best practicesContribute to building a resilient system with testable, maintainable, and well-documented codeDeploy, manage, and monitor services in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) using modern DevOps toolsDebug and resolve complex issues across distributed systems with a proactive, solution-driven mindsetParticipate in code reviews, mentor peers, and help raise the overall code quality and team performancePartner with DevOps engineers to enable robust CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and zero-downtime releasesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus)6+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET / C#Strong expertise in .NET Core for backend development and API designProven experience in modernizing legacy applications and building microservices-based architectureSolid understanding of RESTful API development, integration, and best practicesProficient in working with SQL Server and understanding of data modeling conceptsExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker, and exposure to Kubernetes or other orchestration toolsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or JenkinsUnderstanding of software design principles, including SOLID, clean architecture, and design patternsStrong problem-solving and debugging skills across distributed systemsExcellent communication, collaboration, and time management skillsExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a strong plusExperience with unit testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTestAbout Techolution :Techolution is a Product Development firm on track to become one of the most admired brands in the world for "innovation done right".
