This role involves reviewing proposal content for compliance, accuracy, and completeness, as well as providing feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and competitiveness of our submissions.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze proposals to ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and government regulations.Evaluate proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to proposal teams to enhance proposal quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, technical, and legal departments, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with proposal requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.Assist in the development and implementation of proposal review processes and standards.Track and report on proposal review outcomes and metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, English, or a related field.Experience in proposal review, analysis, or a related role, within the US Public Sector.Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Proposal Management Professional (CPMP) or similar certification.Experience with proposal writing and development.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
