About the role: We’re looking for sharp-eyed, detail-driven individuals to join our quality assurance team as QA Reviewers. You'll review scanned images of handwritten cards created by our network of scribes, helping ensure every message we send meets premium standards. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, ideal for those who are self-motivated, consistent, and value flexible working hours. Responsibilities - What You’ll Be Doing Review digital images of handwritten cards daily for spelling, grammar, formatting, legibility, ink colour, alignment, and neatness - this is a 7-day-a-week role Approve or reject cards based on QA criteria and campaign guidelines Provide polite, constructive feedback to scribes through the review platform Monitor and quickly approve “first cards” in each batch to prevent campaign delays Communicate with the UK-based Ops Team (via Microsoft Teams) as needed Flag potential issues like automation use, repeated mistakes, or card damage Adhere to the daily review SLA (200-card minimum) and complete reviews within 24 hours of card receipt Requirements - What We’re Looking For Excellent written English — you can spot spelling, grammar, and formatting issues with ease Strong attention to visual detail: margins, alignment, ink consistency, etc. Experience in QA, proofreading, or review-based work (preferred but not essential) Reliable internet connection and distraction-free working space Own a laptop or PC suitable for completing work Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and workload Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and browser-based platforms Training & Support Full training will be provided on QA standards, tools, and communication tone. We value people who can commit to consistent daily availability and are responsive to campaign timelines. Work Schedule As the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime: Monday to Sunday: You are required to be available to review a minimum of 200 cards (~45 minutes) every day, 7 days a week. Work Hours: You will have a large degree of freedom in choosing when you work, some campaigns will require more set hours than others. Pay & Benefits - What you’ll get in return: Earn ₹1.90 per card reviewed Earn up to ₹684 per hour Earn up to ₹13,300 per week Minimum daily payment of ₹380 , based on 200 cards per day If fewer than 200 cards are available, you’ll still be paid the minimum if you review all available cards Paid monthly, during the second week of the following month Contractor role: no paid leave, but flexibility to set your own schedule Fully remote role
