No. of Vacancies:  1 Location:  Gurgaon Work Experience:  15 years + Key Responsibilities:   KEY SKILLS We are seeking an experienced and results driven National Sales Manager to lead our National Sales team. The Successful candidate will develop and implement Sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base and strengthen our market position. Driving Company sales Numbers through Distributors and Dealers across India, Achieving sales target, Channel management, Brand Management and visibility and Influencer management etc.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES A) Team Management, Channel Management Lead, Manage and Motivate team of Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales managers. Develop and implement effective Sales processes, pipeline management, industry trends, mentoring team and fostering culture of collaboration, innovation. Knows Channel (Distributors and Dealers) handling. Collaborate with cross functional teams including Technical, Marketing, Service team to drive the organization objective. Build and maintain the strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders. B) Sales Management (Target Achievement) Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Driving company budgeted numbers. Company Value target for Imaging (Camera’s and related products). Analyze Sales data, market trends and customer insights to form Sales Strategies. Achieving the numbers for different categories Healthy product mix for Mirrorless, DSLR’s and Lens. Develop and Manage Sales budgets, forecasts and performance metrics. C) INFLUENCER Management Build and maintain the strong association. Influencer Deliverables workshops, seminars Target / Event’s Visit Target Content generation and usage D) Sales Process Management Develop and maintain deep understanding of company’s products, services, features, benefits and applications.  Ensure Compliance with Sales Processes, policies and procedures. E) Customer Management Customer centricity within Sales organization. Customer handling, understanding consumer behavior and findings. Develop and execute account management plan to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Visits to Cinematographer, Fashion / Commercial / Studio, Government, Institute / Association, Media, Production Houses, Rental Houses, Wedding professionals, Wildlife users, You Tuber / Vlogger Key Competencies/Skill Creativity & writing skills /Numerical skills Communication skills and networking ability.
