You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. Strong English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take full ownership of client relationships are essential. You will manage new and existing clients, ensuring they understand project timelines, costs, and processes.
