Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – RCM Services Location: Chennai Experience: 5+ Years in RCM Sales / Healthcare IT/ITES Sales Industry: IT/ITES, Healthcare, Medical Billing & Coding Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and expand our client base in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of medical billing, coding, payer-provider dynamics, and healthcare outsourcing solutions. Will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential clients in hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare organizations for RCM services. Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to acquire new clients in the healthcare domain, focusing on medical coding/billing, claims processing, denial management, and provider-payer solutions. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to position our services effectively. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. RFP & Contract Management: Handle proposals, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions with potential clients. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track sales activities, and provide regular reports to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proven track record in selling RCM services, medical billing, or healthcare IT/ITES solutions. Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, payer-provider processes, and compliance (HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT coding, etc.). Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment with a focus on revenue growth. Willingness to travel as required
