Position Overview We are seeking a skilled D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end D365 SCM solutions. This role demands expertise in supply chain processes, deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 SCM, and a proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead D365 SCM solution design to align with business goals. Define system architecture, integration, and roadmap. Recommend and implement best practices in supply chain operations. Business & Process Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Conduct gap analysis and process optimization. Document functional specs for configurations and customizations. Implementation & Configuration Configure SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, Sales Orders. Oversee testing, data migration, and deployments. Ensure integration with other D365 modules and 3rd-party tools. Stakeholder Engagement & Training Act as SME for D365 SCM during project lifecycles. Train users and drive system adoption. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery. Governance & Continuous Improvement Define system governance and change management frameworks. Stay updated on Microsoft product roadmap. Drive innovation and efficiency through ongoing improvements. Required Qualifications Experience 7+ years in ERP implementations; 5+ years in D365 F&O/AX (SCM focus). Strong experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise ERP projects. Technical Skills Expert knowledge in D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, WMS, Production, Logistics). Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft integrations. Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing principles. Project & Stakeholder Management Experience leading large-scale SCM implementations. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
