The Marketplace Ops Analyst will help support Inspire delivery roadmap with a key focus on operational execution of Inspire’s owned delivery and marketplace channels. As a member of the Marketplace & Delivery team, the Marketplace Ops Analyst will also serve as a support function to the Delivery Operations Associate Manager and Manager to implement platform marketing and day-to-day enablement of delivery and marketplace channels. The position requires strong project management skills with attention to detail to oversee menu updates, serviceability assessments, store onboarding, and inbox management. Franchise support and channel operations must be approached with a customer first focus and knowledge of marketplace services. The Marketplace Ops Analyst will be a critical role in enabling delivery and marketing programs to drive incremental sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support marketplace marketing initiatives, including set up and implementation of placements and promotions. Support on-boarding process, assist with questions from field and franchisees, and support POS integration (Knowledge. Exp, good to have) of marketplaces with third-party vendor. Work in collaboration with external vendors, brand teams, and commercial stakeholders to support cross-functional projects including menu changes with 3PD providers, assist in escalation of technical issue resolution, and marketplace testing. Assist in overseeing technical health of third-party marketplace channels and operational performance of third-party delivery across channels and brands. Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams and have good inter-personnel skills multiple. Maintain knowledge articles in partnership with Tech Operations teams to aid restaurant and operator support. Education and Experience Requirements: Associate’s degree preferred: BE / B.Tech / BSC / / BA Minimum 2-4 years analytics (Market Operations) / customer support experience with focus on digital, restaurants, and / or 3PD marketplaces (3rd Party Delivery: Good to have) Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: Analytically minded: Able to back up decisions with data and facts Strong organizational skills in cross functional environments Exceptional written communication skills Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure; navigate through ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage tight deadlines Experience in QSR and/or knowledge of either a foodservice aggregator or a marketplace business is helpful but not required
