Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks will include effective communication with customers to address their needs and inquiries.
