Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Head at Suchita Group located in Rajkot, Gujarat. Position is for an upcoming VOLVO Construction Equipment dealership in Western Gujarat (Saurashtra & Kutch) for Suchita Group. The Business Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business unit, managing a team, developing business strategies, and driving growth and profitability. He/ She will be responsible for P&L and will be reporting to the Board. Entire sales and service team and branches in Gandhidham, Porbandar, Jamnagar etc will be working under this position. He/ She will be a part of the senior leadership of Suchita Group. This is a senior leadership position with best in the industry salary and perks. Ideal candidate is a seasoned leader from construction and mining equipment industry and has worked in this part of Gujarat extensively in past. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in business development and strategic planning Knowledge of construction and mining equipment industry, with a hands-on experience with a leading brand in Gujarat. Speaks Gujarati fluently.
