Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated CDP Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Automation tools . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Treasure Data CDP and expertise in data integration, audience segmentation, and activation across multiple marketing channels. You will be responsible for managing data pipelines, building customer profiles, and supporting marketing teams in driving personalized customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: CDP Management: Implement, configure, and manage Treasure Data CDP to collect, unify, and activate customer data. Data Integration: Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources (CRM, website, mobile apps, social, etc.) into the CDP. Audience Segmentation: Create and manage audience segments based on behavioural, transactional, and demographic data. Marketing Automation: Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to integrate CDP data with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.). Data Activation: Set up and monitor data activation workflows to ensure accurate targeting across paid media, email, SMS, and push notifications. Customer Insights: Leverage CDP data to generate actionable customer insights and support campaign personalization. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor data quality, create reports, and optimize customer journeys based on performance data. Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineering, Marketing, and IT teams to improve data strategies and resolve data challenges. Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working with CDP platforms (preferably Treasure Data) and Marketing Automation tools . Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation. Experience integrating CDP with marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, Salesforce, Braze, etc.). Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines. Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
