Job Description: Assistant Manager – PMS Operations Reporting to: Head of Operations Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA(Finance) Experience: 5-8 years in MF, AMC, PMS, AIF Operations Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee Clearing & Settlement, Collateral Management, and ensure regulatory compliance ✅ Coordinate with internal teams for process automation and system enhancements ✅ Conduct user acceptance testing and maintain SOPs for operational excellence ✅ Handle regulatory reporting, audits, and ensure adherence to service-level standards ✅ Support investment diligence, execution, monitoring, and compliance ✅ Assist in financial reporting, investor relations, and regulatory filings ✅ Ensure seamless investor onboarding, KYC, and periodic reporting Requirements: ✔️ 5+ years in PMS & AIF operations ✔️ Experience in Investment Process, Compliance, & Financial Reporting ✔️ Proficiency in Wealth Spectrum software ✔️ NISM Certifications (Series VI & VII) required Join a dynamic team and drive operational excellence in PMS & AIF investments!
