Role Overview: We’re hiring a Lead – Turnkey Sales  to take full ownership of sales for our turnkey interior projects. This is a high-impact, mid-to-senior leadership role for someone who thrives on targets, strategy, and driving results. You’ll build the sales funnel, close deals, manage the pipeline, and contribute to the company’s growth through a strong sales engine. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive sales for turnkey interior projects across residential and commercial categories. Build and execute a robust sales plan aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Own the sales funnel—from lead qualification to deal closure. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct inquiries, channel partners, referrals, and builder/architect networks. Create visibility in new and relevant customer segments. Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for leadership review. Monitor conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and average deal size to improve efficiency. Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals. Team Leadership (Optional): If applicable, hire and mentor junior sales staff or business development executives. Set clear targets, provide coaching, and build a high-performing sales team. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2C/project sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or a related service industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-ticket sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong understanding of sales strategy, pricing, and lead management. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have: Industry connections with builders, real estate agents, or architects.
