SEO Specialist - Job Description This position has quick joining and prior experience from marketing agency is required. Manage organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines. Establish key benchmarks which indicate performance goals to meet customer business Objectives Overseeing the execution of the holistic SEO strategy Understand bigger picture marketing strategy and online marketing strategy and be able to align strategy with key SEO activities and goals. Skills 1+ years exp in SEO. Must be well-versed with Google Algorithm updates. Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points. Solid expertise in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform. Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) or Google Docs/Sheets. Solid grasp of HTML/CSS, and a working understanding of JavaScript and how it affects SEO. Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Similarweb,& SEMrush and any other SEO specific tools. Passion for SEO and link building, ability to think creatively to create viral content that could acquire natural backlinks. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
