Location : 4th Floor, Tower B, Godrej Eternia, Divisa Herbals Private Limited, Plot No. 70, Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh, 160002 Job Summary: The Executive Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive support to the son of our CMD Sir, ensuring efficient management of daily activities, schedules, and tasks. The PA will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate personal and professional requirements to optimize the executive’s productivity andS time management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support:   - Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.   - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.   - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.   - Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical. 2. Communication Management:   - Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and other communications.   - Screen and prioritize incoming communications, redirecting as necessary.   - Draft and manage outgoing correspondence. 3. Time Management:   - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.   - Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and appointments.   - Coordinate personal and professional commitments to ensure smooth operations. 4. Event and Travel Coordination:   - Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.   - Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.   - Prepare itineraries and necessary documentation for travel. 5. Project Support:   - Assist in the planning and execution of projects as needed.   - Conduct research and gather information for specific projects and tasks.   - Track project progress and provide updates as required. 6. Office Management:   - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance.   - Coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary.   - Ensure the office environment is organized and presentable. 7. Personal Tasks:   - Handle personal errands and tasks as requested.   - Manage household and personal appointments.   - Assist with family and household matters as needed.
