What Would This Role Entail? As an Illustrator in the Communications Team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling illustrations to support various political campaigns and communication initiatives. Your role will require a keen eye for design, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals. Develop creative illustrations that effectively communicate key messages and campaign themes. Brainstorm and translate ideas into engaging visual concepts. Create high-quality sketches, storyboards, and final illustrations as per project requirements. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop graphics that align with campaign strategies. Adapt concepts and make necessary revisions based on feedback while maintaining design integrity. Ensure all visuals adhere to brand and campaign guidelines. Work within time and budget constraints while delivering high-quality outputs. Necessary Skills: Strong creative and imaginative skills with an eye for color, balance, and layout. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in the relevant domain. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Sketch, and Sketchbook (or similar applications). Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback efficiently. Basic functional knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office . Effective verbal communication skills. Contract Duration: Junior Roles: 6 months & Senior Roles: 11 months Work Setup: Candidates must bring their own laptops , as we will not be providing devices for short-term contractual roles.
